FAQ:How It works


1. How do I reserve my gear?

Place an order through our page with everything you want to rent! We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order and verify the information you have provided. 

2. How do I get my gear?

We will deliver all of your gear to the designated destination. We are currently delivering to Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Three Sisters, Three Rivers, Tumalo, and Redmond. We will deliver all of the equipment and leave it in a safe area at your rental. (Ex. A porch, at the lobby desk at your hotel, or with you if you are there) All deliveries will be made as close to your check in time as possible. Please let your property manager know we will be coming if you are staying at a vacation rental and will not be there at the time of delivery.

3. How do I return my gear?

We will work with you on your pick up time! We try to arrive as close to your departure time as possible so you have all day to use your equipment. We will let you know upon delivery what time to expect us to arrive. Please leave all equipment in a safe place to be picked up if you leave before we arrive. 

4. Can I pick up and return my gear myself?

Unfortunately, no. We are not always available at the warehouse. 

5. Are there any delivery fees?

Yes. Delivery is $12 to Sunriver, $20 to Bend and La Pine, $40 to Redmond and $50 to Sisters. 

6. How soon in advance do I need to place my order?

All orders should be place more than 24 hours before you need the equipment. If you place an order between 48-24 hours before you need it delivered, please email us as soon as your order is placed at bendbabyrental@gmail.com and let us know you have a rush order. If you do need something today, please call or email us before placing an order and we will see if we can get it to you! 

7. Do you carry car seats?

No. Due to liability, we do not carry car seats.

8. How many days can I rent the equipment?

There is no minimum or maximum time! If you are staying overnight or for a month, we are happy to assist you. However, all items must be rented for the same amount of time. If you decide to extend your stay, just let us know and we can extend your rental! 

9. What if my plans change and I need to cancel my order?

We understand, stuff happens. We are very flexible and will cancel all orders for a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Any canceled orders within 24 hours of the delivery date will receive a 50% return. 

10. What if I damage or dirty the equipment?

We do clean and sanitize all equipment upon return, but please try and return the item as it was delivered. If the item is picked up excessively dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged to your card. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at retail price. 

11. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Let us know so we can replace it or refund you as soon as possible. We want you to enjoy your time here in Bend, Oregon! 

12. Is there a minimum order? 

Yes , there is a minimum order of $40 before the delivery fee. Rentals for under two days are done day of, and in store only. There is a higher charge. 

13. What else do you carry?

At our Sunriver location, we also carry a wide variety of children and baby clothing, toys, accessories, books, prints, home decor, and more! Come visit us in The Village at Sunriver!
