FAQ:How It works
1. How do I reserve my gear?
Place an order through our page with everything you want to rent! We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your order and verify the information you have provided.
2. How do I get my gear?
We will delivery the gear to you at your home or vacation rental. If we arrive before you, it will be left in a safe place outside.
3. How do I return my gear?
We will pick it up from your home or rental. If we are not there before you depart, PLEASE leave it in a safe place outside. Getting into properties if you leave it inside is very difficult, and you will be charged for the additional time and trips it takes to do so.

5. Are there any delivery fees?
Yes, delivery fees will be added at the end of checkout and vary depending on your location.
6. How soon in advance do I need to place my order?
All orders should be place more than 7 days before you need the equipment. If you place an order after this recommended period or would like to reach out to us to see if we can make it happen, please email us as soon as you can at email@example.com.
7. Do you carry car seats?
No. Due to liability, we do not carry car seats.
8. How many days can I rent the equipment?
There is no minimum or maximum time! If you are staying overnight or for a month, we are happy to assist you. However, all items must be rented for the same amount of time. If you decide to extend your stay, just let us know and we can extend your rental!
9. What if my plans change and I need to cancel my order?
Any canceled orders within 24-36 hours of the delivery date will receive a 50% return. We can not refund for same day cancelations. Our busy times are BUSY, and we are frequently out of equipment. If you have rented something from us, it prevents us from being able to accept other orders. We hope you understand!
10. What if I damage or dirty the equipment?
We do clean and sanitize all equipment upon return, but please try and return the item as it was delivered. If the item is picked up excessively dirty, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged to your card. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at retail price.
11. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Let us know so we can replace it or refund you as soon as possible. We want you to enjoy your time here in Bend!
12. Is there a minimum order?
Yes , there is a minimum order of $40 before the delivery fee and no shorter than three days.
